Snap Pins
Snap Pins, otherwise known as snapper pins, wire lock pins, or PTO pins, are similar in design to hitch pins but with the added feature of a pivoting spring wire attached at the head. When the pin is inserted into a part, the spring wire spans over the part, snapping around the end of the pin securing it in place. Snap pins are used in a wide variety of applications in agricultural and commercial industries. These pins, part of the 3 point pin family, are commonly found on the back of agricultural equipment used to attach implements to 3 point hitches. • Offered in black oxide, passivated, zinc clear, and zinc yellow finishes • Round, square, and coiled wire types available • Single wire and heavy duty double wire options • These re-usable pins are ideal for frequent connecting/disconnecting of equipment
