Stud receivers retain studs or shafts and compress them against a mating surface. They are an engineered fastener designed as a single-piece push-on fastener that can substitute traditional multi-piece fastening components like nuts, bolts, and washers. Huyett’s selection of

- Ball stud receivers slide over the stud and indirectly clasp it with inward-bearing pressure from spring legs. Because the receiver makes no direct contact with the stud, there is little wear and tear
- Horseshoe clips clip onto a grooved shaft from the side and press against the mating part using tension to lock in place
- Shaft retainers slide into a shaft groove providing constant pressure to secure a shaft to the mating panel assembly
